SCAMPER: Self-Sovereign Identity Data Vault
SCAMPER is an ongoing architectural initiative centered on giving individuals genuine, cryptographically enforced ownership of their personal data. As Lead Architect, the work spans the full SSI stack: DIDs, Verifiable Credentials, and selective disclosure via zero-knowledge proofs. This combined with a cryptographic isolation layer that ensures no central authority, including the infrastructure provider, can access user data without explicit consent. The system is designed against privacy-by-design principles from the ground up, not retrofitted.
As Lead Developer and Architect for CrypDefi, the mandate was to design and deliver financial infrastructure capable of withstanding both market stress and adversarial attack. The architecture encompasses battle-tested smart contract security patterns, transactional integrity mechanisms, and a high-throughput settlement layer designed for significant on-chain volume. Security is treated as a structural invariant: every protocol interaction is modeled under adversarial assumptions before a single line of contract code is written. Three independent security audits have returned zero critical findings.

Ticka required a tailored platform to structure and scale their corporate training and coaching practice. As full-scale engineering partner, we covered the complete product lifecycle, from requirements architecture and system design through infrastructure provisioning and production deployment. The platform facilitates structured corporate coaching programmes, real-time communication channels between coaches and corporate participants, and progress tracking for client organizations. The architecture was designed to scale with Ticka's client base without requiring infrastructure re-engineering at growth inflection points.
